I cannot praise Chris enough, despite the restrictions of Covid and us being based in another state, with Chris’s help we engaged property stylists to stage the house, landscape professionals to upgrade the gardens and even had the house pressure washed. All this was seem-less and stress free. Ultimately the house went to market and sold within a matter of days after the first inspection and for more money.
