Paying Rent

Payment of your rent to our office must always include your reference number. This number is provided to you on your lease front page.
Your first two weeks paid at the beginning of your tenancy (deposit/holding deposit) is applied to your first two weeks rent. Most tenants choose to live in the property for one week, then start paying rent – this keeps you a week in advance.
We do not accept cash rent payments at our office. The options available to you are as follows:
Non-payment of rent for 14+ days will result in a breach notice, and ultimately a termination should it continue.

- Internet Banking directly into our account.
- Rent Deposit Book for the National Australia Bank.
- Automatic Transfer direct from your Bank or Building Society.
